Ideal for a wide array of applications, these filters excel in environments such as cement plants and electric furnaces, withstanding a maximum continuous operating temperature of up to 130ºC.
Our polyester filters stand out with their exceptional resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and the ravages of dry heat degradation.
This filter is particularly suited for dry heat applications, outperforming most synthetic counterparts, with the exception of Nomex (Aramid), in these conditions.
Though exceptional for many applications, the polyester antistatic dust filter bag is not ideal for moist heat scenarios, where it may experience hydrolytic degradation under specific conditions.
Polyester offers robust resistance to most mineral and organic acids, though it should be noted that it is less resistant to high concentrations of nitric, sulfuric, and carbolic acids.
This material withstands weak alkalis effectively and shows moderate resistance to strong alkalis, especially at lower temperatures.
Not recommended for use in environments with high concentrations of strong alkalis at elevated temperatures. However, polyester showcases good resistance to most oxidizing agents and offers excellent resilience against most organic solvents.
It is advisable to avoid its use with certain phenolic compounds.
