PPThe Melt Blown Filter Cartridge provides exemplary filtration with its innovative design, crafted through the fusion and intertwining of pure polypropylene resin, completely free from chemical adhesives. The unique construction forms a three-dimensional micro pore structure that incorporates three layers, combining fine fibers on the surface with coarser fibers internally to achieve deep filtration. This progressive structure enhances the filter's efficiency with a high filtration rating and pollutant retention capacity, all while ensuring minimal pressure drops. The gradual deep filtration architecture, featuring a loose exterior and dense interior, effectively captures suspended substances, particulates, and rust. This results in remarkably efficient filtration and an extended service life. Furthermore, the textured, hairy surface augments liquid flow resistance, further enhancing the filter's dirt holding capacity.
