Aramid filter bags exhibit exceptional resistance to alkalis under the majority of conditions. However, they may experience degradation and partial decomposition when exposed to most mineral oxides.
Aramid stands firm against common organic solvents. However, caution is advised as some phenolic compounds may induce solubility.
